So this is going to be quick, I promise a longer one this weekend!! I've been busy trying to workout more and stay busier so that's a good thing, but I don't want to neglect my blog either, despite my quietness lately, it is very important to me and helps me tremendously knowing its here to blog when I need it!!
Anyway, that being said, other than staying more active (at least most days) I don't have a lot to report been pretty stuck on the weight front, mostly because I haven't been eating right though, so that's what I will be focusing on this weekend and into next week and forward of course is adding the right way of eating ALL meals, not just some to get this weight moving in the right direction again and get off this 12lb loss and onto a bigger number and KEEP ON DELETING THOSE LBS!! :)
Hope everyone is well and having more progress than me or at least knows where the breakdown is if there is a lack of progress!!
