Since VBS I've been off my game, getting back on the treadmill has been pretty tough after going a whole week without doing it. That being said, I think I've decided to change it up somewhat and do the treadmill most days, but I'm ok with not doing it EVERY DAY now as I'm doing Family Drum on Monday evenings and I would love to get back into a zumba class at least once a week and on Tuesdays I'm doing a LOT of arm exercises and Wednesday or Thursday is a LOT of leg exercises, the weekends are core (yes LOTS) exercises and I'm still climbing stairs! I've joined a boot camp type challenge on Biggest Loser and this is our schedule for 8 weeks so while I want some cardio every day, for sure two days a week it will be through Family Drum and Zumba......something different, but me and my treadmill will still have very regular dates, just not every day and we will see how this works for a while and if I NEED to go back to treadmill every day, I will....we shall see, but I'm going to try this schedule for a while and see what happens with weight loss!! I'll be keeping up with my hard copy journal as I exercise and let you guys know what I'm up to a couple of times a week and how the deleting of the lbs is going with this "new routine"!!
All that being said, I hope you guys are getting up, getting movin' and enjoying Summer!! I'm feeling a trip to KD coming up soon for us, we'll see though!! Water Park tomorrow evening so will get lots of exercise doing that!! :) Have a safe and happy Fourth of July!!!
