So today is a great day, beautiful out and super warm, just like I like it.....going to go for a walk with a friend and enjoy outdoors for a bit, if things work out well and babies nap AFTER our walk, I also want to try one of my Biggest Loser workouts today too!! :) I'll finish this post later and let you know how the day pans out!!
Eating wise.....haven't had anything but a cereal bar (Luna) so it was super healthy and I'm about to have an apple and do some cleaning, been fairly laid back=lazy so far today, but the day is still young, will get my movement in and more calories (healthy ones of course), hope everyone is having a great day...off to prepare for our walk :) .........

Well we only walked about a mile, it was super hot out there, but it was a mile walked instead of sitting on my couch.
To add to my eating for the day, I ended up having a low fat turkey sandwich with a little olive oil may and pickles, for dinner its broccoli, asparagus, and talapia (seasoned and pan fried/blackened...no oil) and macaroni for the kiddos, but not for me. I've been short on water but plan on drinking a couple of more glasses to get enough in for the day :)
As for the BL workout, that's still up for debate, kids haven't given me time, but I'm not losing hope, I have another hour and a half to myself and I'm hoping at least one naps so I can get it in so again.....

Nope, didn't work out, teenagers showed up and took over the house, but I'm still in good spirits, I may try to escape and see if there's room upstairs to do it if I can escape, but I'm not going to continue this later again lol, I'll just give an update in future postings :)
