Two Days of Blah...Time To Shake It Off and Get To WORK!!

I have two days of BLAH, haven't been very motivate, been ok on eating except for today.  Today I had Salsaritas and a Java Chiller, BLAH!! But its all good, it was my "cheat" meal and I did really good all last week.  BUT I haven't really been moving a lot either so that makes it double BLAH I guess, but you know what? Tomorrow is a new day AND my hubby got his fitbit in so the COMPETITION IS ON!!!!! :) I will up and moving as much as possible tomorrow just to stay ahead of him LOL!! Hey don't judge, whatever works, because he will be just as motivated for the same reasons so we balance each other (love you babe)!!  

Really just didn't want to go too long with out a post since that is the point of this to be honest and keep up with my progress and even lack thereof so that I keep myself on track, so there it is, for the past two days exercise wise its been a lack thereof, but IT IS ON tomorrow :) I'm hoping for a BL workout and maybe a walk after my shift, but we'll see on that second part.....I'm also going to be starting my 8 Minutes In the Morning again too so I'll get those two exercises in everyday also!! LOVE that program!! :) 

On another subject, one that is very important to me: 

We are rapidly approaching May which is skin cancer awareness month so please consider this a public service announcement from a melanoma survivor: WEAR SUNSCREEN at least 50SPF, protective UPF 50 or higher clothing, seek shade when possible and also whenever possible avoid the sun between 10 and 4 p.m.  when the rays are the strongest!! LOVE THE SKIN YOU ARE IN and protect it, you can't undo the damage once its done!!!
