Workout #2 Bob Harper.....whew

So tonight I did my second Biggest Loser workout, circuit number two with Bob Harper and all I can say is  wow. What. A. Workout.  I probably will not be able to move in the morning without lots of effort and moaning and groaning  lol. But as hard as it was, it was another strong reminder that I am soooooo out of shape!  Which as I said before motivates me to just work even harder to get where I want to be even faster!!!

Now I have to start working on better sleep habits too!  

Also I ordered the fitbit one because I got a really good deal on ebay.  I will post a link and/or pics later and a future update on how well it works and if I like it, love it, or hate it. 

Now time to drink lots more water, bathe, and read for a short while, then bed.
