Walking away the lbs.

So my last BL workout really took a toll on my feet, knees and back.....in the past this was my excuse to "take the day off".  But instead I just took the day off from BL....I walked 3 miles and played outside with bryn. I did really well with my eating and water today.....and I'm trying a new water app suggested by my cousin Becke, I will post updates on how that works and if I like it later. I am super tired tonight but can't seem to fall asleep so thought I would  post a quick blog :). Hope every one is doing well.....getting those steps in, plenty of water and lots of good healthy food.  Speaking of food bought our first watermelon of the season....not bad for this early, added it with strawberries to my infuser water bottle yummy!

  2. Thanks and I couldn't agree more, thinking of maybe going out to pratt again today, not sure though, but definitely getting a BL workout in today!!!
