Too Long

Been a while since my last post and I promised I would not neglect this blog, so the only answer is to blog away lol.......so here goes:

I had a lazy weekend, not sure if I posted that, but it was EXTREMELY lazy, way TOO LAZY, so this week I have worked my booty off!! Monday I was a bit lazy, but not as bad as the weekend, then Tuesday I walked over 18k steps and 16 flights of stairs!!  Wednesday I walked well over 10k, don't really remember my exact count and today I'm at almost 13k so not too bad, definitely going to try to walk and get those steps in tomorrow too! :)  Need to cut the grass which is always a workout with our yard lol :) 

I have to work at 2:45 and then VBS training until almost 9 so I'm going to have to get up and going early to get those steps in!! But I know I can do it, I need to hit one of my BL workouts too, been pretty much just walking, but as you can see, walking a LOT :) 

Been doing good on the eating front, all good there, EXCEPT for tonight, I had a cheat meal (I do this once a week to keep from obsessing about any particular food).....I had an angus burger with cheese and mayo from smokey bones with fries but I only ate half of the meal so not TOO BAD of a cheat I guess and I still drank my lemon water.......no soda.....so YAY for that!!

So yay for getting my act together now just gotta keep myself motivated with the help of my trusty new friend fitbit :)
