So I suck at blogging, at least sometimes lol, but I do love it and will continue to do it regularly I promise!! Just trying out a new routine, been walking more, just staying busier in general and I had a birthday girl this week so that kept us busy celebrating the BIG 2 with my princess, but now its time to share again!!
Since I started on this journey again I'm down 12 lbs so YAY for that, but it has not been without its ups and downs, some days I'm really excited as depicted above and other days I'm like man do I have a long way to go, 12 lbs is NOT enough, its not coming off fast enough, its too much, how did I let this happen, can a person really be this out of shape......no way ITS JUST ME!!! I logically know this isn't true and that the fact that I'm doing something about it is a BIG deal and definitely EXACTLY what I need to be doing!!! So I pick myself up and keep on keeping on!!
I started this new workout routine:

The first time I stopped between every exercise and watched the video to make sure that I was doing it correctly which made the workout take a really long time, but being so out of shape I needed the break lol....I admit it and crying about it isn't going to help so might as well smile and keep doing something about it, anyway.......if you do these correctly you WILL FEEL it LET me ASSURE you of that!! I could barely walk yesterday and was still sore today, but according to my military man, you have to stick with it every other day despite the pain......so that is EXACTLY what I did!! I did NOT want to work out, but I seen some positive posts by my GREAT FB friends about fitting in new clothes, dropping 3+ sizes and I GOT UP and GOT IT DONE so thanks all you guys on this journey for keeping me motivated even if you don't know you are doing so!! I love the positive stories, the successes and even the setbacks, its all part of it!!
Tomorrow is a cardio day, not sure if I'll do a BL workout or walk, it will depend in large part on the weather and my mood and that of my kiddos :)
I know that most of you are doing FABULOUS on this weight loss journey/adventure so keep up the good work and JUST STICK WITH IT......Its going to be SO WORTH IT!!!

I just realized I never told what I did for the second time doing the workout, I sidetracked my own self which I'm famous for doing lol....anyway I went through and copy and pasted the directions to each exercise in a document and printed it out since I know how to do them properly now so I could just refer to that as a reminder until I know these by heart and it made the workout a lot faster I was done in a little less than 30 minutes :)
